Grapes Lemon Juice is an innovative and healthy drink. The hot summer season has almost started and I felt that it will be good to make some kind of squash/juice which can be prepared at home and drink without fearing any side effects. So, I decided to make the Lemon juice in a new manner with some natural ingredients and I found it very useful and inexpensive too. I am sharing this Recipe with my friends and well-wishers. It seems that some ingredients of this recipe is useful to control gastric problems, cholestrol etc. naturally. You can reduce and adjust the tangy flavor of lemon as required. Some want it mild, while some prefer it more spicy. If kids are involved, it would be definitely advised to cut out green chillies and lime. Kids love sweet flavors and they are against any sort of tanginess. Moreover elderly people love to enjoy Grapes Lemon Juice as detailed below.

A good range of natural ingredients like ginger, cumin seeds and lemon are involved in the dish. These ingredients are very healthy and provide necessary immunity for your body. Grapes, Lemon Juice

  • 500 Grams Grapes (Black/White) Preferably Seedless
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • Salt A pinch or as reqd
  • Lemons As required, depending on quantity of Juice required
  • 5 -6 Nos. Curry leaves
  • 2 Pcs Ginger Medium size
  • 1 No. green chilli


  • Wash and cut the Grapes into pieces. Also peel the Ginger and squish it along with the Green Chilli.
  • Change the Grapes, Curry leaves and Green Chilli to a Vessel and add about one cup of water.
  • Boil this mix for about 5 - 10 minutes in medium flame.
  • After 5 - 10 minutes, put off the stove and cover the Vessel with a plate and keep it aside for about five minutes, then remove the cover and allow to cool the mix.
  • Change the boiled water into another vessel and grind the boiled Grapes, Ginger, Curry leaves and Green Chilli in a Mixer and add the paste into the already kept boiled water and stir it well. Then filter this mix/squash, add Salt and Sugar also and stir it well and keep to cool.
  • Grapes Lemon Squash is ready. (If this squash is kept in fridge it can be used for about 2 - 3 days).
  • Cut required quantity of Lemon and extract the Juice into a glass/vessel, add required quantity of Cumin seeds powder, and Squash. Also add water and Ice cubes (only if necessary) and serve the tasty Grapes, Lemon juice.
