Green Chicken Kebab

chicken kebabs are a great addition to a buffet table, marinated in a mix of spices they can be grilled

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Mint leave ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Kebab masala 2 tsp
  • Lime juice 3 tsp
  • Maida 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 4 tsp
  • Rice flour 4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil to fry


  • the chicken should be in a medium size and clean it
  • clean the coriander, mint leaves and green chilli and wash it
  • make fine paste with coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies
  • in a bowl add chicken, green paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, red chilli powder, kebab masala, maida, corn flour, rice flour and one spoon of oil and mix well
  • marinate for half an hour
  • In a pan apply oil and fry the chicken in medium flame until the chicken get boiled
  • green chicken kebab is ready to serve.
