For crushing:


  • For preparing green peas coconut masala, first dry roast the coconut till brown color and powder it. Keep it aside.
  • Heat little oil in pan, add ginger, garlic and garam masala. Fry for 5 minutes. Add onion and fry till color changes to dark.
  • Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and meat masala.
  • Fry in low flame.
  • Slightly crush them.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add onion slices and tomato. Fry till they are golden.
  • Add the crushed masala and fry till oil separates.
  • Add potato and mash it.
  • Add the coconut paste and fry again.
  • Add water and cook masala. Add peas and cook again.
  • Add salt and sugar to balance the taste.
  • Serve decorated with coriander leaves.
