2 cups Green peas2 nos Onion (sliced)2 nos Tomato (chopped)1 no Potato (boiled)3/4 cup Coconut (grated)For crushing:1 no Onion4 cloves Garlic1 piece Ginger1 tsp Garam masala1 tbsp Coriander powder2 tsp Meat masala1 tbsp Chilly powder1 tsp] Turmeric powder1/2 tsp SugarSalt (As reqd)Coriander leaves (Few) For preparing green peas coconut masala, first dry roast the coconut till brown color and powder it. Keep it aside.Heat little oil in pan, add ginger, garlic and garam masala. Fry for 5 minutes. Add onion and fry till color changes to dark.Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and meat masala.Fry in low flame.Slightly crush them.Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add onion slices and tomato. Fry till they are golden.Add the crushed masala and fry till oil separates.Add potato and mash it.Add the coconut paste and fry again.Add water and cook masala. Add peas and cook again.Add salt and sugar to balance the taste.Serve decorated with coriander leaves. Kerala
