A colourful combination of potatoes and spinach(paalak)
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and peel off the skin.
- Par boil the spinach, mash them and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the potatoes and keep aside.
- To the remaining oil, add grated ginger, whole black pepper and slit green chillies.
- Add the mashed spinach and cook for a while.
- Add the potatoes along with salt and cook again.
- When done, pour the ghee and remove.
- :- Serve hot with chappathis.
