- clean the fish remove its skin and make small cuts at both sides, take a mixer and pour all the ingredients
- pour red chilly powder and turmeric powder and pepper powder ,lime juice also and grind it
- apply the ingredients on fish
- spread masala every where .
- at last brush olive oil on both sides of fish . keep fish for 1 to 2 hours then grill it for 15 to 20 minutes
- when the time is over ,check the fish
- serve hot .
