Gujarathi methi thepla are flatbreads made from fresh fenugreek leaves and whole wheat flour.This methi thepla recipe is perfect for those kids who do not like to eat leafy vegetables. Teplas can be prepared in numerous ways and here is an easy way of making a soft dough with methi leaves and spices , and cooking it both the sides like that of chapathis.

  • add salt, turmeric and curd to atta.
  • to this add hing and red chili powder
  • add chopped and washed methi leafs
  • make a soft dough using water
  • spread it like chapathi and cook both the sides with little oil and serve.
