  • In a bowl take 3 tsp sugar and add 2 eggs. Beat very well.
  • Cut the sides of the bread slices.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a tava.
  • Dip each bread into the beaten egg and place in the hot tava.
  • Change each side of the bread till it becomes light brown in colour.
  • Cut into medium cubes of this bread. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onion. Saute till it turns translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste. Stir for few seconds.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute.
  • Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder and pinch of sugar. Stir well.
  • Add bread cubes. Mix with all the masala.
  • Remove into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
