Ingredients
- Large bread pieces - 6 nos
- Onion(chopped, large) - 1 no
- Tomato(chopped, medium) - 1 no
- Egg - 2 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - ½ tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- In a bowl take 3 tsp sugar and add 2 eggs. Beat very well.
- Cut the sides of the bread slices.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a tava.
- Dip each bread into the beaten egg and place in the hot tava.
- Change each side of the bread till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Cut into medium cubes of this bread. Keep it aside.
- Add chopped tomato and saute.
- Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder and pinch of sugar. Stir well.
- Add bread cubes. Mix with all the masala.
- Remove into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
