- Preheat oven to 170*c. Grease and flour a 9*13 inch pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt, and set aside.
- Add the wet to the dry and stir until just incorporated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely to room temperature 🤒.
