Ingredients
- Green olives(de-seeded and chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Black olives(de-seeded and chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Baby lettuce(chopped) - 5 leaves
- Thyme - 1 spring
- Mint leaves - 1 spring
- Walnuts(roasted) - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- Ground nut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(A pinch) -

Instructions
- For preparing healthy olive salad, heat ground nut oil in a pan.
- SautT the green olives and black olives with pepper powder.
- Put it in a bowl.
- Add in lettuce, thyme, mint leaves, salt and walnuts. Mix it well.
- Healthy olive salad is ready. Serve immediately.
