Ingredients
- Chicken( cut into small pieces ) - 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Onion - 3
- Tomato - 2
- Turmeric powder - 3 /
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- green chilli - 3
- Water or Milk - 1 /
- Cashew paste - 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Oil for frying -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with 1 / 4 tsp of turmeric, 1 /4 tsp of pepper, 1 / 2 tsp Chilli powder and shallow fry this pieces and keep it aside.
- Add turmeric, chilli, coriander, pepper and garam masala powder and saute it well. Then add tomato puree, green chillies and saute again till the oil separates.
- Add the fried chicken pieces, mix it well.
- Finally add cashew paste, fresh cream, coriander leaves, stir well but don't boil.
- Home made Butter Chicken is ready to serve. Serve it hot with butter naan or fried rice.
