Hot mutton stew is a popular dish made in country and it is a favorite among many. This stew is prepared in a south Indian style . Coconut milk is added to the stew. A ground mix of masalas with shallots, ginger garlic paste along with spices enhance the taste of this stew. This stew goes well with idli, idiyappam or rotis.

- shallots 1 cup -

- meanwhile saute ginger garlic, shallots, and grind with chilli powder and coriander powder.
- add the paste along with mint and tomato.
- serve hot with idli,dosa and chappati
