  • For preparing hot sauce, first soak chillies in hot water for few minutes.
  • Grind the chillies with garlic, vinegar and sugar(not a fine paste).
  • Heat oil in pan, add the ground paste and salt.
  • Fry for 4 minutes and remove from flame.
  • A good dip chinese sauce for fried items.
