Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken( Cut into small pieces ) - 500 gm
- Egg white of one egg. -
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder( Optional ) - 1 tsp
- For sauce -
- Onion(Sliced into cubes ) - 2 nos
- Ginger(Sliced length wise) - 1 inch
- garlic(Sliced length wise) - 3 pods
- Green chilly - 4 nos
- Capsicum(remove the seeds and sliced into cubes) - 1
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Sugar(tsp.) -
- Oil for frying -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Whisk together egg white, cornflour, pepper powder along with salt until smooth. Add chicken pieces to this, mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken pieces till both sides turn golden brown colour.
- Enjoy the hunan Chicken with fried rice, roti, naan.
