4 - Idli (previously steamed and cooled, and diced into bite sized pieces)1/2 Green chilly4 - Curry leaves1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Curry masala powder or Red chilly powder (either one is ok)1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1 no Tomato (big)Ginger (garlic paste - 1/2 tsp)1 no Onion (finely sliced, medium)2 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) Heat oil in a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds.Add the onions and saute till light brown.Add the ginger-garlic paste, green chilly, salt, curry leaves, turmeric powder and curry masala powder and saute well for 2 - 3 mins.Once done, add the tomatoes. Stir well until it is cooked.Add diced idlis and mix well.Cook for 5 mins and finally add salt.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve hot with a cup pf tea... Tamil
