Ingredients
- Soya ground(500 pack, Light life -brand,smart ground- this is only available in meijer stores in US, or else you can use ordinary soya granules dry one,but boil them and drain them well) - 250 gms
- French beans(finely chopped /frozen and precut) - 1 cup
- Onions(finley chopped, large) - 1 no
- Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 pinch
- Curry leaves - 7-9 leaves
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3 tsp

Instructions
- Pour oil in the kadai and let it heat well.
- Add in the mustard,let it crackle and then the dals. finally add the curry leaves and asafoetida .
- Add the onions and saute them till they become light brown.
- Add the beans and saute them with a little salt.
- After the beans are lightly cooked/fried(say after 5-8 mins)
- Add the soya granules,put in the turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add coriander and chilly powder and saute well.
- Fry the beans for 5-10 mins/ until the two are cmbined well
- :- Serve hot with chappathi/ rice and curry or just plain curd rice.
