Ingredients
- Idly Podi( i already posted my version) - 4 tbsp
- Small brinjal( Kathirikkai) - 6-7
- Shallots - 15 nos
- garlic - 4 pods
- Coconut - 2 slices
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Sambhar powder - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Tamarind water - 1/4 cup
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
- mustrad,jeera, fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
- Gingelly oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Now wash brinjal(kathirikkai) and slight cut four side( refer pic)
- In brinjal stuff podi like this
- Now in pan add oil and temper mustrad,jeera, fenugreek
- Now add shallots garlic and curry leaves
- Now add tomato and saute well
- In mean time add coconut and shallots and jeera grind paste
- Now add kathirikkai and saute well
- Now add coconut paste and bring to boil and turn off after 10 mins
- Now its ready to serve Idly Podi Stuffed Ennai Kathirikkai. serve with rice and idly dosa etc..
