- Ragi flour - 1/2 cup

- Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
- Red chilli - 2
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup

Instructions
- Mix ragi flour,wheat flour,onions,green chilli,salt in a vessel.
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard when it splutters add red chilli and curry leaves saute for a minute and add this tempering to ragi batter and mix well.
- Mix every thing well and keep for a minute.
- When one side of dosa cooked turn to other side with spatula.Cook for 30 to 40 seconds in medium flame.
- Fold and serve this hot ragi dosa with chutney.
