Ingredients
- Bilimbi fruit(Irumpampuli) - 150 g
- Dried prawns - 1 cup
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Shallots(sliced) - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds(Few) -
- Dry red chillies - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Roast dried prawns and cook it with water, enough salt, green chillies and turmeric powder.
- When it cooked, add bilimbi fruit and cook in low flame until done.
- Grind coconut with chilly powder and coriander powder. Add this to the cooked bilimbi fruit.
- Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chilly, shallots, saute well. Pour this to the curry.
- Serve hot.
