Italian Macroni Salad

Italian Salad dressing with Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkt Macaroni
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 no Cucumber chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • Pimentos A small jar
  • 1/2 cup Salad dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni until tender but firm. Drain well.
  • Put cooled macaroni into large bowl.
  • Pour Italian dressing over it and cover and keep in refrigerator for an hour or two.
  • Add cucumber, onion, pimentos, cheese.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in salad dressing and sour cream. Mix well.
