Ingredients
- Jackfruit seeds(peeled and sliced, Chakkakuru) - 1 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- garlic - 4 cloves
- Dry red chillies - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Raw mango(sliced) - 1 no
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing jackfruit seed thoran, first grind grated coconut, garlic, dry red chillies, curry leaves and salt.
- Cook the paste with the jackfruit seeds and some water.
- When it is half cooked, add in raw mango pieces and mix well.
- Pour coconut oil when it is cooked and mix well.
- Jackfruit seed thoran is ready. Serve hot.
