- Mint leaves : 2 tsp -
- Coriander leaves :1 tsp -
- Ginger : ¼ cup roughly chopped -
- Roasted cumin powder : 2 tsp -
- Black salt : 1 tsp -
- Dry mango powder : 1 tsp -
- Lemon juice : 2 tsp -
- Sugar : 1 tsp -
- Chilled water : 4 - 5 cup
- Salt to taste -
- Black pepper powder (optional) -

- Rinse mint leaves and coriander leaves well and grind with all the ingredients with enough water to make smooth paste.
