Jeera-Green Peas Pulao Jeera-Green Peas Pulao within 5 mins 2 cups Basmati rice (soaked for 15 mins and drained)1 cup Green peas (soaked or fresh frozen)1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 tsp Ghee3 tsp Olive oil4 cups Water1 tsp SaltCoriander leaves(finely chopped) for garnishing Heat oil and ghee together in a pressure pan.Add cumin seeds and fry it for 2 mins.Add basmati rice and fry it for 3 mins.Add water.Add peas and salt.Bring the water to a boil.Cover the pan and put the weight and cook for one whistle.:- Do not open, until all the steam is gone.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve with any gravy.
