Jeeraka Kanji Easy Jeeraka kanji or Rice Gruel 250 gm Basmati rice1 cup Fresh grated coconut½ tsp Turmeric powder1 no Garlic pods1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)2 nos Small onions (Kunjulli)Salt (As reqd) Wash the rice and boil. Grind coconut, turmeric, garlic, cumin seeds and small onions with little water. Add the mixture to the boiled rice.Bring it to a boil and put off the flame.Add salt.:- Serve hot. Kerala
