Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet marinated with a very hot spice mixture called Jamaican jerk spice. Jerk seasoning is traditionally applied to pork and chicken. Jerk chicken is one of the great barbecue traditions of the world, up there with is Jamaica to the bone.

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken and keep aside

  2. In blender take all ingredients and grind well

  3. Now add soy’s sauce and mix well

  4. Now apply grind mixture to chicken and marinate for 2 hours

  5. Now bake it for 20 mins in each side and grill for 10 mins in pre heated oven for 200 degree
