Ingredients
- Basmati rice : 2 cup -
- Onion : ½ no -
- Dried grape : 1 tsp -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Water :as needed -
- Turmeric powder : a pinch -
- Garam Masala : 2 tsp -
- Chilly powder : a pinch -
- Ginger : a very small piece or ½ tsp powder -
- Cumin powder : ½ tsp -
- Pepper powder : ½ tsp -

Instructions
- Wash the rice well and keep a side to drain water.
- Heat a pan and add oil in it, when it gets hot add dried grape in it and stir for 3 minutes.
- Add onion in to it and stir well till it gets brown.
- Add garam masala, salt, ginger powder, turmeric, pepper powder, cumin, chilly powder and stir for 3 minutes.
- When the water gets boil add rice in to it.
- Then stir well close it, reduce flame and wait till it gets cooked.
- Stir well.
- Mix the rice well so that the ingredients gets mixed equally.
- Transfer to the serving dish.
- Its an Arabian dish and it will take maximum 30 minutes to cook.
