Instructions
  1. Cook tapioca in water with enough turmreric powderi

  2. Cook the raw banana with turmeric powder,red chily powder and salt as required.

  3. When it is cooked add fish pieces and cook it again for 5 minutes

  4. While it is cooking grind coconut,garlic,shallots,green chilly and cumin seed to get a fine paste.

  5. Mix cooked kappa with cooked raw banana and add the ground coconut.

  6. Mix it with a spoon,when it starts boil turn off the flame.
