- Tapioca(chopped & cooked) - 1 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Coconut milk - 2 tbsp
- Fish slices(fried) - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Ginger(minced) - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Dry chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing kappa meen thoran, mix coconut, ginger, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt.
- Press by hand.
- Heat oil in pan, splutter mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the fish slices and fry again.
- Kappa meen thoran is ready.
