- karunai kilangu 5 - 6 yams
- Red chilli : 3 nos -
- tomato 1/2 -
- fennel seeds 1 sp -
- Ginger : 1 small piece -
- garlic 3 flakes -
- curry leafs few -
- turmeric powder 1/4 sp -
- red chilli powder 1/2 sp -
- Salt -

Instructions
- take few yams and boil it as such
- peel skin and slice it
- deep fry it in oil
- grind shallots,ginger,gaqrlic,fennel seeds,tomato, curry leaf and salt
- heat this mixture adusting salt chilli powder with turmeric
- to this add fried yam and curry leafs
- stir untill crisp and serve
