  • Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. In a pan add 1 tsp oil and roast urad dal and channa dal

  2. Now add curry leaves and chilies and roast slightly

  3. Now add tamarind and salt. mix well

  4. Now add coconut and saute for 2 minutes and turn off
