- Achinga payar - 250 gm
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 2
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves -
- Red chilly - 2
- Water - 1 cup

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutter add red chillies and curry leaves.
- Grind together coconut,onion,cumin seeds and green chilly.
- Cover the kadai with a lid , add 1 cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue stirirng until full water is dried completely.
- Now achinga payar is ready .
