- Chicken - 1 kg
- Chilly powder - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 2 tbsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 4 tbsp) -
- Curd - 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 cups
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(A little) -

Instructions
- Clean and cut the chicken into medium sizes.
- Mix the whole ingredients well and make a thick paste.
- Apply this paste to chicken and keep it for one to three hours.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Put the chicken into it.
- Reduce the heat to medium level and fry till dark brown in color.
