Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Kochulli - 3 cups
- Ginger Garlic(grated) - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds(crushed) - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Water - 2 cups
- Cocunut oil(as reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing , first marinate the cut chicken with turmeric powder and salt and set aside for 1 hour.
- Mix chilli powder, pepper powder and garam masala in vineger to make a paste (add water if needed).
- Add the masala paste and salt.
- Add crushed mustard seeds and marinated chicken and mix well.
- Add water and keep in a low flame for the chicken to cook.
- Garnish the dish with curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves.
