Authentic kerala style mango pickle prepared like in Restaurant

Ingredients
- Raw mango - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 bigger
- garlic - 10 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Chilli powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Wash and cut down raw mango into small pieces.
- To that add smashed mustard seeds, smashed ginger, garlic, chilli powder,salt and mix it well.
- In a pan, add coconut oil and when it is hot,add mustard seeds and hing powder to coconut oil and do seasoning.
- Add this seasoning to the pickle.
