Kerala Mushroom Fry Mushroom with egg 2 cups Mushroom (cut into pieces)2 nos Onion (chopped, medium)1 no Tomato (chopped)2 nos Garlic pods (crushed)Ginger (crushed)2 nos Green chillies1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilly powder1/4 tsp Garam masala2 nos EggsCurry leaves (A few)2 tbsp Coconut oilSalt (As reqd) Heat oil in a pan.Splutter 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.Saute onion in this till golden.Fry garlic and ginger for 2 mins.Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and curry leaves. Stir well.Add mushroom, stir and cook by adding little water.Cook until no water remains.Break two eggs, add into this mixture, stir well and let it dry.Add garam masala.
