Prawns cooked in spicy nadan gravy...easy to cook too

  • Slice onions into very very fine pieces.
  • :- For that u can put the onion sliced into big pieces into the mixie and turn the nob to left once or twice.
  • Chop tomato into very fine pieces.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or pan.
  • Add onions and saute till its very well sauteed.
  • Lower the flame and add ginger garlic paste and saute well again.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute well till tomato is well mixed with the gravy.
  • Add coriander, chilli and turmeric powders along with salt and mix well.
  • Add prawns and saute well.
  • Add reqd water for cooking prawns and cook till prawns is done and the gravy thickens.
  • :- Serve with chappati or rice.

    It is very tasty still my self I add some pepper and kashmirichilli powder I feel the colour and taste very good.

    Itz great….my family loved it a lot…but u dint say wen to add green added it before adding came out very well…thanx
