Ingredients
- Prawns(deshelled and cleaned) - 1/2 kg
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato(cut into small pieces) - 1 no
- Salt(to taste) -
- Coconut oil or Sunflower oil - 1/4 cup
- Fresh coconut pieces - 3 tbsp
- garlic - 5-6 pieces
- Eastern chillie powder - 2 tbsp
- Freshly groundpepper powder - 1-2 tsp
- For garnishing and mixing -
- Onion( medium sized) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 5-6 nos
- Curry leaves - 3 stalk

Instructions
- Let the water gets evaporated completely.
- Cut the onion thinely and lengthwise.
- Microwave it for 1-2 min.
- Set it aside.
- Add the green chillies and curry leaves and saute it for 1-2 minutes.
- When the colour turns brighter set it aside along with the onion.
- Add garlic and saute for 2 min and add the chillie powder. :-Make sure that the pan is on a low flame so that the powder will not get burnt saute it for another 2-3 min.
- Add the cooked prawns and saute it for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add freshly ground pepper powder and saute for another 1 minute.
- Switch off the flame and mix half of the onions green chillies and curry leaves .
- Remove it in a serving dish and garnish it with the remaining onion green chillies and curry leaves.

- Note:- If you use kasmiri chillie powder it will give a deeper colour to the dish
