Fish lightly fried in oil

Ingredients
- King Fish - 250 gms
- Chilly powder(kashmiri chilly) - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek powder(a pinch) -
- Salt(to taste.) -
- Oil(for shallow frying) -

Instructions
- Mix into a paste all the above ingredients except the fish.
- Apply the paste to the fish and keep in the fridge to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- When heated, slide the fish slowly and allow to cook on medium heat.
- When both sides are brown on the outside, lower the flame and cook till done. 6)Remove from the pan and garnish as shown in the picture.
