- Gram dal -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Baking soda(A pinch) -
- Green chillies - 10 nos
- Onions(for stuffing) -
- Thymol(A little, Ajwain) -
- Water -
- Oil -

Instructions
- Cut the chillies lengthwise and deseed them.
- Remove the chillies from water and place them on a tissue paper.
- Mix together gram dal and water and make it into a thick gravy.
- Add baking soda and salt.
- Stuff the chillies with finely chopped onions.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the stuffed chillies in the gravy.
- Put them into the hot oil and fry them like aloo bajjis.
