- King prawns - 1/2 kg
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
For masala:
- Shallots - 7 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper corns - 5 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 2 tsp
- garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing spicy prawn/konju fry, grind together all the ingredients for preparing masala, into a paste.
- Rub the masala inside and keep for 1 hour.
- Spicy kerala prawn/konju fry is ready. Add the lime juice on top and serve hot.
