Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg King prawns
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

For masala:

  • For preparing spicy prawn/konju fry, grind together all the ingredients for preparing masala, into a paste.
  • Clean prawns, retain head and tail. Cut in the middle, devein it and flatten the prawns.
  • Rub the masala inside and keep for 1 hour.
  • Heat a pan, pour oil (2 tbsp)and place the prawns and deep fry it.
  • Spicy kerala prawn/konju fry is ready. Add the lime juice on top and serve hot.
