Ingredients
- Ripe tomato(diced into small pieces, large) - 2 nos
- Asafoetida(Kaayam) - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Garlic pod(crushed) - 1 fresh

Instructions
- In a bowl, add the tomatoes, asafoetida, turmetic powder, salt, chillie powder and mix well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Splutter the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and saute dry red chillies and the garlic.
- When the red chillies turn dark in colur, add the the tomato mixture.
- :- Serve with rice.
