Ingredients
- Canned tuna - 300 gm
- Carrot(grated, medium size) - 1 no
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Salt(as reqd) -
- garlic - 5 pods
- Ginger - 1 small
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 8-10 nos
- green chilli - 3 nos
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Kudampuli - 2-3 pieces
- Onion(sliced) - 1 cup
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Kaduku(mustard seeds) - 1/4 tsp
- Jeerakam(cumin seeds) - 1/4 tsp
- uluva(fenugreek seeds) - 1/4 tsp
- Unakka mulaku(red chilli) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 3-4 leaves
- garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Grind Grated coconut, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves and Green chilli together and add little salt.
- Mix tuna, carrot, 1/2 cup Onion, pepper powder, kudampuli, and 1 tbsp oil together and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ingredients mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek and curry leaves one by one.
- Add remaining onion and saute till it slightly changes the colour.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook it well.
- Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
