NOT GETTING AN IDEA OF THE INGRADIENTS
Some of the people responding to this recipe can`t spell Kentucky or ingredients. Please get an education and a dictionary!
i was just reading the comment from the people and I felt bad for you
all ingrediants she mentioned in that receipe you will get from super market(might not in Kerala), if you don`t want to make it that`s fine don`t make fun out of it. go and check it in the dictionary or try google.
MSG is Mono Sodium Glutamate (Ajinomoto)
Thyme, Basil etc are herbs. Nothing to worry about it. The names do not represent any river (or water thereof) or place. Good eating.

Why we Indians argue for no reason. This is an american recipe and ingredients are not easily available in India. But you can make it with the herbs we have in India like coriander or curry leaves. Its only a suggestion if you really want to try fried chicken. Try in your own style.
