Ingredients
- Vegetables (mathanga, kumbalanga etc) : 1 cup -
- Big payar (Red kidney beans) : ½ cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Green Chilly : 2 nos -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- Cook the vegetables and payar using green chilly, water, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Enter Step
- Then heat another pan and add oil in it when it gets hot, then add mustard.
- When it splutters add onion and curry leaves to it and saute it well.
- When the vegetables gets cooked .
- Pour the onion batter to it.
- Stir well and transfer to the serving dish.
- It will be good with rice and chappathi.
