Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic paste, green chilli and saute it.

  2. Add all the above mentioned powders, bengal gram dal, minced chicken, salt and coriander leaves, mix well.Now the filling is ready.

  3. In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt and oil, mix well by adding little water. Knead well and make a smooth dough.Take each ball from the dough and roll it to large chapathis. Cut out with a small round cutter or with a lid.

  4. Place 1 tsp of filling and fold like a pocket.

  5. Press the edges well and pinch the edges together. (as shown in the picture )Repeat this till the filling is finished.

  6. Heat oil in a pan, fry each chicken adas on medium flame on both sides till it turns golden brown.

  7. Delicious Chicken Ada is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Recipe Notes

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cook it with little turmeric, pepper powder and salt.
