- Maida / all purpose flour - 1 cup
- Chicken - 250 g
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
- Onion - 3 medium
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 4
- Egg - 3
- Coriander leaves(little) -
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Salt(to tast) -

- Marinate the chicken pieces with pepper powder, salt and deep fry it in oil.
- Mince the fried chicken into small pieces
- Add green chilly, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and saute for 5 minutes. Add the minced chicken pieces and combine well.
- Take a non stick vessel and spread ghee on it
- In a bowl add two eggs and stir well. Dip the tortillas in egg and place this in the nonstick pan. Add chicken mixture in the above and spread nicely.
- Serve it as a evining snack
