Ingredients
- Kozhuva Fish - 1/2 kg
- garlic - 3 pods
- Ginger - 1 small
- Fennel seeds - 1 /
- Pepper - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 2-3
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste -
- Coconut oil for frying -

Instructions
- Grind all the above mentioned items in a mixer grinder.
- Marinate each fish with this ground mixture and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fishes till both sides become crisp and golden brown colour.
- Crispy kozhuva Fry is ready to serve. It goes well with boiled rice.
