Ingredients
- Prawns - 1/2 kg
- Onion(sliced, big) - 1 no
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 big
- Garlic cloves(finely chopped) - 5 nos
- Coconut flakes - 1/4 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Gambooges(Kudampuli) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil -

Instructions
- Clean and wash the prawns.
- Add all the powders, curry leaves and cleaned kudampuli. Stir in washed and drained prawns and required salt.
- Now heat oil in a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add rest of the onion and saute well.
- Roast in low flame until the prawns are slightly browned. Remove the kadai from flame. Enjoy the delicious dish.
