Ingredients
- Kumbalanga - 500 gm
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 shell
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
- Cumin powder(jeeraka podi) - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -

- Dry red chilly - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(a few) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Cut the kumbalanga into small peices.
- Add turmeric powder and cumin powder to it, allow it to cook in medium flame.
- Once the kumbalanga is par boiled add the chopped tomatos.
- Once the kumbalanga is cooked add the first milk and do not allow it to boil and take it out of the flame.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, allow it to splutter, add curry leaves and dry red chillies.
- Add the seasoning items to the kumbalanga paal curry.
- :-Serve hot!!! :-Enjoy the Kumbalanga Paal Curry with hot rice.

This is an awesome recipe… My husband usually don t like Kumbalanga but this recipe made him a fan of Kumbalanga. we prepare it twice or thrice in a week.
