Ingredients
- Cauliflower [flowerets] - 250 gms
- Prawns(medium size) - 20 nos
- Onions(cut in square) - 3 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Coconut milk - 4 cups
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Green coriander(to garnish.) -

Instructions
- Add tomatoes and saute.
- Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger- garlic paste and cook till oil separates.
- Add cauliflower, saute till bit cook.
- Add coconut milk, garam masala powder, green chillies and cook till the gravy become thick.
